“Right from the start, I was always interested in accounts. I struggled a lot to pursue this interest. For five years, I worked in a credit cooperative. My boss had full confidence in me, but they refused to increase my salary. Eventually, due to pregnancy, I had to leave that job. When my daughter turned one, I joined Alakh Nayan Hospital where I worked for three years. The director had complete trust in my financial abilities, and I handled cash and reports. However, when I requested to work on full accounts, they didn’t pay attention. Managing my daughter became difficult, leading me to leave the job.

Afterward, I joined Sparsh where I not only received a good salary but also had the trust of my boss. Yet, due to family issues, I had to leave that job too. I received a call to rejoin Sparsh, and I did, but again, family problems forced me to leave. However, since joining Arham Academy, I can manage both children and family issues alongside office work.

Here, the directors are incredibly supportive. They understand all my problems. I’ve never seen such kind individuals before. They consider their employees as family members and extend immense support to students as well. Though my initial interest was in the accounts department, after joining Arham Academy, I’ve developed a passion for teaching. I thoroughly enjoy teaching my subject. This sums up my work experience.”
